LRN’s 2025 Global Study on E&C Program Maturity reveals that:
- 35% of managers lack resources to promote E&C within their teams
- Just 44% of organizations measure training comprehension
- Only 37% track misconduct trends following training
- Many policies lack coverage in critical areas like non-retaliation, lobbying, and ESG
- And culture? It scored lowest across all six maturity dimensions
